Dolphin is free to download and use, but you still need a license and by downloading Dolphin you agree with the terms of the License Agreement. The free copy must retain links to BoonEx and BoonEx logo banners on all pages. Should you want to remove them, you have to order a commercial license.

Free License
You can use Dolphin for free, or you can buy a commercial license. In either case, you are free to use, adapt, change the code, redistribute, share or sell the Dolphin package. In either case, you have to retain the BoonEx copyright notices in the source code (invisible to users). Dolphin is provided under the terms of CC’s Attribution 3.0 Unported License. You should, however, attribute the work as specified by BoonEx, and the specification is dead simple – don’t remove links to BoonEx in the footer of Dolphin pages unless you paid for a commercial license.
Commercial License
With a commercial license, you may remove BoonEx links/references from your site. Licenses are available for periods of 90 days, 400 days and Unlimited. License references in the source code headers may not be removed under any conditions.
Prime Package
This is the best you can get from BoonEx, plus make some smart savings. The Prime package includes one Unlimited Dolphin license, 3 years of Premium Membership in Unity, rebranding rights for BoonEx Mobile Apps, priority service and even more.
Hosting
Choose the right hosting provider and save yourself lots of time and money. Dolphin is a sophisticated mixture of scripts, servers and apps. Not all hosting companies play nice with Dolphin, so browse our recommended hosting providers. The best part is that they offer discounts, pre-installed Dolphin and even specialized services for BoonEx customers.
Technical Requirements
If you feel brave and don’t want to go for one of our recommended hosts, be sure to verify that your server setup meets or exceeds Dolphin’s Technical Requirements.
Installation and Documentation
Again, many of our recommended hosting providers provide Dolphin pre-installed or can arrange installation for you at a small price or for free.
