I was testing our Aduio and Video chat room last night with one of our friends in Cambodia. She could see and hear us (USA) fine and she got her webcam to work the chat room: she saw her video on the Chat room, but we coun't see or hear her. Is there anything I can check?

from within the chat room if you could see the user logged in there are buttons there to cast audio and cast video, may not be the exact terms, but you have to invoke the camera as well as the voice function for the users you want to see and or hear.
