Does anyone use games on your site, how effective is it? Which one do you use?

I am looking for a few good games (no mature stuff) just nice family games.

Please make suggestions and tell me if it makes a difference to your membership.

I use Mochimedia.com games for my buckeroo.ca site.

I built a custom interface with their API that will pull up leaderboards and scores. It also matches up directly with the avatar functions from Dolphin with Mochi's API. In other words, when you sign up on the site, your Avatar displays in the Mochimedia leaderboard.

Mochi will also pay you if you host their games on your site and if you have the traffic, it could be a good form of passive income.

There was a Mochi mod from a couple of years ago that was being sold but it actually didn't even work. I was surprised it was being sold at all and I ended writing my own solution.

There is one by AndrewP and I've yet to try it. But you may want to look at http://www.boonex.com/m/Heyzap_games_integration, it's basic and from what I can tell does not match up the Dolphin avatar with leaderboards but will post the games for you.

erm...the module is currently not for sale. I have to refactor it and turn it into a module. At this time, it is integrated right into the Dolphin core.

To date, all the mods I've ever made available for download have all been free from my nerd site if you are a member. I will usually post it there for people to try out and test.

What I am essentially looking for is some games for my community/biz networking site, so I can only have family fun stuff and intellectual games.

What do you suggest; do all of them have to leave your site and go to a 3rd party site to play these games? Or can they be played right on your own site?

The games can actually be played on the hosting site. Here's an example game from the site you can play within the Dolphin site. For this page I added a Leaderboard Enabled icon, Add This and Google ads.

I like Mochimedia because it's got some really great games and their API was easy for me to pick up.

i have the GAMEZONE. with a ton of games and ive added quite a few that didnt come with it. The mod is an outstanding addition. The programmer took his time and did everything right and is quik to respond if any help i s needed. Your more than welcome to have a look at ours and play around with it if you so desire...

You can always check the online demo of each game module to decide what to purchase. It will better for you.

yes, Andrew is correct. Just check them all out. They are all great and so arent the developers here. Everyone of them including ANDREW does amazing things.
