I want to patent my site.

If I am using Boonex, can I still patent my site?

Typically you would patent the subject/product/service you are providing not the actual site software so I don't see why not!

maybe a silly question but why patent and not a trademark?

I will be pretty hard hard to get a full site patent i think.

If you have a process and it's not being done by millions of others already you can get a patent.  It is very expensive...Good luck and hope you get one... 

I didn't know you can patent a whole site . I thought only something specific cuz a site has 100s of functions and elements.
