Java Script problem in Page Builder HTMl Blocks

Hi, I tried to add html block to home page from page builder. and i wanted to change text colors in the box but when i click on select color, the drop down color list is not loading. same happened to font family and font style. drop down list is not appeared when click on it. but i can see some thing is appeared in the background of the editor box but cannot click on it. i cannot change font colors, font family and size in wysiwyg editor and only it can be done by html editor by manually. how to fix it? this only happens in page builder wysiwyg editor in html block. Thank

be sure you use a decent new browser (IE7, FF3,Safari4, Opera10) and you have javascript enabled and allowed for the domain.. the page builder is working on most cases.. so I think is a browser problem..

I'm using lates browsers IE8 and FF 3.0.11. I tested dolphin on two different sites, but the same problem. this is only happened in the boxes loaded by ajax i think. how can i enable javascript in browser? I think its enabled by default, but not sure

yes it's activated by default.. let's wait for a "official" reply.. there were some other members with page builder problems..

I have no solution for this at the moment, but if you work with html blocks under version 6.1.x then always use Firefox for this, because other browsers have mostly problems to save these blocks.

Read this thread I had a similar problem.

I opened templates/base/scripts/BxBaseConfig.php and removed the zoom plugin wherever it was mentioned and deleted all of the .gz files from plugins/tiny_mce.

Sounds like you have the same problem.
