Hi, it is possible to make that in specific Forum category.. only admin or moderator can start a new topic... But all member can reply but they cant start a new topic in these category only... in the other category... member can start any topic.
I know there is a function in the category to set as Private. But the function didn't act also about topic creation but only topic viewing.
