Registration needs manual approval (just one user)

I had a email from my site saying something needed admin approval.

On logging in, it was a user that had registered that needed approving. I can't work out why though, no other user needed this. Is there something that would suddenly trigger it ?

I have recently done the latest update, if that had a effect.

Check the setting [admin panel -> settings -> advanced settings -> Moderation -> Auto-activate profiles after joining], it must be enabled to avoid profiles getting an Approval status.

Yes I have that enabled and always have done.

As I say it seems to be just this one profile and I can't work out why.

I have manually approved them for now, will see if it happens again.
