Can someone please tell me what this means in my server errorlog?  ive checked /inc/.htaccess and also /inc/ permissions?

What should the permissions be for /inc/  and .htaccess? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

make sure that your .htaccess file inc directory have read permission

I'm getting this same error and the file permission is set to 644.

I still get the error. If 644 isn't right, what should it be?

you can try 666   but i dont see why .htaccess would need to be writable
