My embeded video does not allow me to upload.(Says error)            I see there is this solution for 7.0.2;

 Ffmpeg was upgraded too, so check permissions for flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe, should be 777. Also need to change this file if u have Windows server.

But HOW DO I change that file? Please give me exact instructions of where I change this? I see the file flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe written as "executable" but I dont see how I can execute the change. Do I have to access my FTP and if so how do I do this? www.domainname.com/ftp?

Thank you.

Look also if there is already a working FFmpeg on your server.  I had a same problem.
Ad yes ffmpg must have 777 rights to work.

You need to access thru your ftp account, go the flash dir and check there : modules /global/app/ffmpeg.exe

if you have cpanel  and are using linux  log in to cpanel and click on file manager     then right click on ffmpeg and set it to 755 first and try to upload a video.

Also do you have cron jobs set up ?

if on a windows server you need to use the ffmpeg for windows found in the download section on boonex.
