foter is spelled wrong. i hope this is not the case on your install.

anyways, it goes in public_html/templates/base/_footer.html and don't forget to clear your cache files afterwards.

Two questions:

1. Did you delete all the files in your /cache directory? (except .htaccess) after adding the code.

2. Has Google reindexed your site since you added the tracking code?

I didn't have this installed on my site, but I just installed it in templates/base/_sub_footer.html  I'll let you know how it turns out, but it may take a few days for Google to reindex my site.

Maybe I should just wait for Dolphin 12

Google doesn't need to reindex your site to pick up the tracking code for analytics, just log into Google Analytics and make sure you have the ID starting UA-*** inserted in place and it should pick it up after 2/3 hours.

I haven't installed the latest Beta so can't say I've tried it but it placing the analytics code in the base/_footer.html file as Lavinco mentions should be working fine.

Check the page source of your home page to make sure you can see the GA scipt.

/base/_footer

Clears Cache- no go with Analytics...

Odd, I just installed this software and got the site up running tonight ( I am a noob with dolphin) but had  a bit of a learning curve with it vs all of the other php based sites I have set up.

Seems like GA doesn't like it?

Anyone have any troubleshooting advice?

are you using a custom template and if yes check that is it have _footer.html file but i think you should put that code in _header.html.

Good luck.
