You are a starter account, which means you don't have a paid license.  In case this is a mistake, you need to contact BoonEx directly: http://www.boonex.com/help/contact

Would you like to install the Be boot manager? Volunteer SuperModerator. I'm not tech support.

on boonex site licenses the licence you have for the site appears, hit rest my licence on the boonex site. Then apply the new licence on your site. By resetting license on the boonex site this will allow you to apply your license number to your site. I have done it before so I know it works. GOOD LUCK

Question: to make sure I understand you correct. You have a purchased license that you used on another domain. Now you want to replace previous domain and use the purchased license on the new domain. Is this correct?

If you have a purchased license Boonex has a reset option for licenses. This option allows you to clear license history and install on domain desired.

In your Boonex account look for your license(s) then look for reset. license. This applies to free licenses as well. I like Boonex because of this option being available.

As you may already know the license can only be installed on one domain, but you can change domains without any problems, as mentioned above.

have you ever had your key reset on the boonex site? I had a similar issue so I reset my key on boonex then cleared the cache in my site several times
