I see that dolphin supports payment based subscription. Where do I go to set my price for the "promotional" membership?

I see in payment settings the part to enter my paypal info. But I do not see where to set prices.

Membership levels can be set up in admin panel -> settings -> membership levels

I understand where to set memebership levels, but I don't understand where to set the price for the levels. I wanted to be able to charge for a "premium" membership.

Just edit the membership level, and there will be a place to set the price.
