Adding Fans or Friends or Joined to Listing Module!!

Please see this link and notice in the action block there is no way to join or befriend or become a fan of this business!!  I need for a button to be added to the action block to become a fan of or Befriend or Join this Business and have another block that has the profile picture of the person who is a Fan, Friend, or Joined the Buisness.  I also would like but not critical for an employee block and a person who works there would have the ability to choose a button that says Employee and then their picture or avatar will show up in a seperate block.  So there would be 2 blocks one for Fans, or Friends, or Joined Block and a Button to be able to do so in the action Block and A Button and Block for Employee's to push button and then be displayed in the Employee Box Both boxes to be displayed in 1st row of information below action block.
