Change template

Good afternoon!

I have a ready template. It needs to be changed a little: namely to change splash page and to change a site cap on all minor pages.

All changes which need to be made in the attached archive.

Also it is necessary to make:
1. To change a kind of notices
2. To correct some problems in a template.
3. To make changed an avatar in dependence the guy or the girl.

4. All text in splash page and other pages must be multilanguage...
