Fix my site

Hi, I have a boonex social network website which needs work. what I want done as follow

1.test the site for error

2.fix broken links

3.fix the page size

4.make the site user friendly

5.back up the site before any modifications

6.add keywords and tags

7.fix the navigation tabs

8.make the logo larger (Too small at the moment) the site is www.afghaney.com
