Global or Public Albums........for Posting..........

Is there a way to make it so anyone who is a registered member would be able to add video's to "one album" or lets call it a Public or Global Album?

IOW a Global Album? Or Public Album...........

Same thing for pictures.....................

Hell all the possibles for albums.......................Let's call it an admin album.................

I post the album and ANY any member can post to it............In the current world this is a Group...........that adds steps to the process..............
