Two different logins and assignment of permissions

I'm looking for a programer who can help me with two problems.

#1 Two different forms for login on the splash page (1 - Founder - must choose a membership Dolphin 7 Subscriptions v.2 and 2 - Investor - free membership)

#2 Only the Investor can search the Founder and contact him (the founder is allowed to respond)

maybe if there is some money and time left #3 If an Investor sends a message to a founder i want to get the first message he sent in copy to my address only.
