Website Partner Wanted

Hi,

I am considering partnering with someone who would like to share efforts on my website.  This position, for the time being, is purely time.  I have already established the website and modules but lack knowlege (and energy) to get the site moving from a few members to an explosion.  I have many add-ons and purchased several SEO tools as well as the adwords, facebook, etc. structure.  Bottom line, nothing down $, but I do want someone knowlegable in Dolphin and is able to update/manuiplate the website as needed and SEO.  How much % do you get?  I guess that depends on your effort, skills, and motivation.  Most likely start with a start % and earn more as we move forward.  What does this mean - should the site ever earn $, you will get profits according to your percentage.  I'm thinking someone who has 1hr or so per day to spend on the site and then advance as it grows.  Take a look at the site as it exists today.  www.ideatempest.com
