Group Module Enhancement and Template design

We are planning to launch a portal for Village communities in INDIA.

So we need to customize groups module to add more actions in Group like Group Ads,Group Store,Group Donations,Group Jobs and More features at Groups Level Just like Elgg.org Groups module and a Group Wall as well.

The splash page need to be customized for the Site.

Work need to start from January 2012 before that need to finalize the design and remaining parts of development.
