Installing a template

Hello, I am looking for someone to install a dolphin template for me.  It is a imotion white template that I bought off of dolphintemplate.com.  There customer service clams that they provide one free installation, unlimited customer support and free customization tips.  After numerous emails I haven't even gotten a response back.  So this job post is my next option.  If I was just ripped off by this company, hopefully others can see this post and be aware.  I did receive a zip file from them so so-far its just their customer service that is falling off.
