Looking for someone to help with the design of my site

Hello All I am looking for someone to help with the design of my site (SAPWORLDONLINE.com) 

Description: this site is a location where SAP Industry professionals can go to network on different technical issues, Recruiters can find talent.  Student can access video tutorials and host video conferences.

1. I need to have the permenant license I have paid for applied to  my site so the dolphin logo can be removed.
2.  the images for the banner changed. 
3.  I also want the news feeds to be related to subjects I choose. 
4. I want to have a classified section where recruiters can post jobs or users can sell items
5. I would like to be able to host video tutorials/ video conferences/ and networking forums and groups
6. if your great with images I would love to have someone create the banner images for the home page.
7. I also need to have the options and selections changed to fields that are more related to the site
8. Would like to be able to conduct payment options for the site as well
