Need a D7 Expert who can modify Mods and integrate 3rd party API urgently

Hi 
I need a Expert in Dolphin 7 who can do slight modification on an existing module and also Integrate a 3rd Party API, This is an urgent requirement and the contracted person needs to respond and get to work quickly.
