Need help with Website Right Now

I need help with my website right now. I dont think it is optimized for every browers. I have the lastest version of IE and firefox. It shows up fine with firefox but with IE it is all messed up. If anyone is online right now and can help me please contact me ASAP. I need help like right now!!
