Need template to look like newsvine

this would be a fresh full install of the latest download of Dolphin 7 about one week from now - creating a newsvine type site and like their layout, fonts, buttons on tab bar, etc. - I want ability to imitate as much as possible their front page and members page - the functions of it - colors and graphics will be discussed with designer.
