OpenX Integration. Template Modification

Basically, I would like the layout of my header to look like this.

• Date above logo on left side of header.
• Login | Register above Leaderboard (728x90) OpenX banner on right side of header.
• Place a Square Pop-up (250x250) on right column before the page fold.
• Place Leaderboard (728x90) centered just above submenu bar at the bottom of page.

Under NO circumstances will I assign (award) the bid to any programmer who has not placed a bid on here.  I believe it is absolutely unethical to contact me to hire you once the bidding process is over without participating in the open market bidding process and try to low ball a final offer.  The bids are set to private to keep the bids confidential.
