upgrade help...

1. I need my website upgraded to 7.0.8.  Keeping the same theame and look of the site!

2.  At the top of my home page you will see: Innovations page, Production page, Modle and Talent Page, Records Page and Publishing page. I need "wall's" on all of these pages where member can post projects there working on and other members can like or comment on them. Like facebook...if possable.

3. I need my members to be able to e-mail and contact each other through there own profile too.
