Downloaded but can't preview any of the jpg files and can not open the readme.txt ... what am I doing wrong? and when I try to unzip it says unknown compression method... do I need a special decompression utility or what?

how to install this plz?

I have 2 questions:

1. Are these backgrounds only for the users' profile pages or for the whole site?
2. Can users decide themselves which background to set or this is predefined by the admin?
