7.0 - 7.0.2 upgrade needed

I need someone to do a fresh install of 7.0.2 to my site without losing any members or content. The site has many errors and needs a fresh install. I am afraid I have messed it up more than fixed it. Also all my mods need to be reinstalled after the fresh install as well. I'm a noob when it comes to this but seriously need some help. Very much appreciated. Thank you.
