Ads modification 400$

I need help to modify the ads on my site.

1) First i need some modification on the categories on the front page. ( I will just write down the categories in a mail for you).

2) I need a second and third page (can be a copy from the front page), but with other categories.

exsample: If you press autos on the front page, an similar site opens with types of trucks--> New, Old, then when you press newcar or oldcar and a new similar site shows with types of cars, --> like in the picture below.

3) The first picture under is todays standard questions. I need it more like the second picture. So adding standard categories to choose between.

4) I also want a sidebar or a top bar like the one in the picture below. But i also want my users to be able to choose between more than countries. So adding more choices--> like the state, type of car, year and price range.

Thats about it. The auto part is the most complicated category in the ads that im looking for.

I will send you all the info with pictures and links to similar sites.

Hope someone can help me with this. Maybe its just easier to clone a script thats out there :)
