This consists of a module and a series of simple source code changes to add logging
of members that have been deleted.

Ever have members disappear from your site, but don't know why?

This mod adds logging of members that get deleted by.

1) Admin Deletes
2) Cron job deletes (Purge of expired accounts)
3) Member unregisters.

Now if a member disapears from your site and you did not delete it, you will
know if the member removed themselves, or they were purged during a cron run.
