Normally dolphins page blocks can be set visible to either
guests, members or both. But that’s it.

This mod extends that. With this mod you can set the block
to be visible by the following options.

1) Any site configured membership levels.
2) Couples
3) Any site configured sexes.
4) Age ranges from sites set min to the sites set max.

Now blocks can be setup with far greater flexibility as to whom
they are displayed to.
