Permissions change and php.ini for CGI

This script changes permissions for all files and folders accordingly to Dolphin requirements on CGI servers.
This product also contains the "php.ini" file with recommended settings.

Place the script "changeSettings.php" and the file "php.ini" in your Dolphin installation directory and run the script in your browser.
