The FlashNews is an application independent and light (dont overloads the page on load) which shows the news about your friends in overlay mod (as a horizontal scrolling news).

After a customer time (of news number) this disappears with a fade effect.

The administration of FlashNews lets you choose the size of the bar, the position into the page, how long must remain overlayed (otherwise is managed automatically), when it is starded, the number of news showed (And several other options).

Easy to install

• unzip the package and upload it in the modules directory of your site via ftp
• in the administration, go to in tool->modules (in the left menu of administration) and select flashnews
• then click Install

IBDW FlashNews is tested in all major browsers (Safari, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer 8, Chrome)

Boonex Dolphin 7 still has some bugs under Mac and with IE.
