Improved News module with image upload support. Administrator can publish news along with an image (optionally) and change the regular news layout.
Main features of the module:
- Administrator can upload an image along with news
- Edit news and select other image to upload.
- Images are cropped and resized so that all images have the same ratio.
- News can be shown in 2 different layouts:
1. Image is shown as a background (behind text) as in the following screenshot (index page with 3 news entries in each page):

2. Image is resized and placed next to text as in the following screenshot (index page with 3 news entries in each page):

Below is a screenshot of a news post as shown with the image uploaded:

Administration page, with the additional image field:

Installation is quite easy, just like regular Boonex modules. To avoid any conflict, you're recommended to uninstall existing Boonex News module (if you've already installed it).
You also have to specify write permissions for the folder where images are stored.
Dolphin versions 7.0.3 - 7.0.9 are currently supported!
UPDATE: Added support for Dolphin version 7.0.9!

Anyway, we could provide you support in any case, but it seems you refused any contact to resolve the issue
Great extension.
How do I resize images on "placed next to text". I want them smaller.
Thanks
