quick blogmodul help!

I need help to modify the blogmodul on my site.

What i need is the layout on homepage.

Today it looks like this:

I want it to look more like this:

Today i have pictures and videos showing like this:

So i dont think i would be really hard for someone that knows how to do this to create something similar for blogs.
