Survey

This plugin allows Site Administrator and Members (if given permission) to create Surveys that others can take. It is a tool to collect data and gather responses from a mass of persons in a quick, easy, automated and affordable manner.

A survey can be created and published later.
At least one Question must be added to a Survey before it can be published.

SIGNIFICANT BLOCKS ON SURVEY VIEW PAGE

Questions block - See below:

When viewed by someone who has not taken the survey, this block displays a list of all the questions and answer choices and gives the ability to take the Survey.

When viewed by someone who has taken the survey, this block displays a list of all Questions. For each Question is shown the answer or answers given by the Survey taker.

Recently Taken block - Shows members have taken the Survey in last taken order.

Statistics block - Shows statistical information about the Survey.


WALL INTEGRATED - Survey is integrated into the timeline module.


MEDIA - Members can attach images when posting a Survey. Also has the ability to embed Youtube Videos.


QUESTIONS - Ability to dynamically add any number of Questions desired. For each Question (Poll type), the Survey creator can dynamically add any number of Answers desired.


MULTIPLE TYPE OF QUESTIONS - When creating a Survey, you can add multiple Questions. Each Question can be of various types. The different types are :

a) Single-Answer Multiple choice - There are numerous choices from which only one option can be selected.

b) Multiple-Answer Multiple choice - There are numerous choices from which multiple options can be selected.

c) Single text Answer - Answer can be entered in a single-line text field.

d) Essay type Answer - Answer can be entered in a multiple-line text field.


SHARE SURVEY - Members can invite their friends (Other site members and external friends) to check out a Survey.


USER LEVEL RESTRICTION - Administrator can restrict users by user-level for: viewing, browsing, creation and taking Surveys.


PRIVACY - Survey creator can restrict access to viewing, rating and commenting Surveys by user-level privacy settings.


TARGETED AUDIENCE - The Survey Creator can decide to open up the Survey to all respondents available or they can choose from targeting criteria to create a custom audience. The participants can be limited based on:

a) Age
b) Gender
c) Couples
d) Country
e) City
f) Membership Level
g) Friendship
h) Group Membership (if Groups module is installed)
