6.1.1. Upgrade Patch

I have been checking this regularly to get the upgrade patch

Upgrade Instructions from Dolphin 6.0.0003|4|5 to 6.1.1. Released on 12 May 2008? 

However clicking on this link brings up an error...

Does anyone know where I can get these instructions and files
