An idea to be implemented to Dolphin

I have recently discovered after looking for some time now a feature that I think would be great for Dolphin (extension or plugin),  See this website: http://www.picok.org/ for more information.  If someone put this together to go with Dolphin I would be interested in applying to some of my dolphin sites.  Anyone out there want to have a go?
