Banners

Anyone can help i need to change possiton of top and bottom banners, but i can find anything about that in code and general.css!Please who did this befor help me.Thanks

I can feel your pain i have exactly the same trouble i just added a banner and it pulls way off-center to the left!! Let me know ifyou find an answer!! Please!!
