Boonex Profile Comments

Why can i not say thank you to more then one person a week on my own profile.  You would think being the owner of the profile i could comment as many times as i like but, that is not the case. If you try to leave a comment more then one time you get a pop up saying sorry to bad you can not post more then one comment per week.

See the screen shot below.  Is this the same for everyone on boonex as well ?
