Footer, links removal, licenses... and our apologies.
We made a major mistake with the license/links handling in Dolphin 6.1. And we are sorry for being overly too careless on this one. As of now, when you order Dolphin ad-free license it will remove Dolphin links only, while Ray and Orca links will remain on all Dolphin pages. This is, of course, not right.
So, we're preparing a patch with bug-fixes and most importantly the footer handling correction. The patch will be released on Monday.
The way it is supposed to work is:
When you buy Dolphin Ad-Free license - you get the footer with all the links removed from all Dolphin pages. Only Orca-forum pages will have the footer with Orca link.
When you buy Orca Ad-Free license - Orca link is removed from Orca pages too.
Ray links are removed along with Dolphin links, free of charge.
When you buy Ad-Free licenses for Ray widgets - you get Ad-Free widgets, which don't have any links or ads within themselves AND the Orca link is removed from the footer on all Dolphin pages (in case you still have Free Dolphin, as with Ad-Free Dolphin the Ray link is removed anyway). Even one widget Ad-Free license is enough to remove that link.
Hope this makes sense and once again sorry for the confusion. It is our fault and we hope to make up for it.

Will Contributor licenses remove all ads and links?
BUT
can you also explain HOW to get ("regenerate") the licenses (Smartpro) to work again for all the Ray ad-free widgets (that is when you have your own rms)
Now - when I want to regenerate it tells me I have to pay $99 per widget and I already paid for them with Smartpro.
I have asked this in 2 other blogs - this is the 3rd time and NEVER had an answer on that.

No need to regenerate license for SmartPro (or AdFree) package - new products must work with old licenses.
If you have problems with then plz provide me via this mail FTP, CPanel (SSH info) and your SP license, we'll investigate it.

Can you make it possiable where ORCA is the forum and all sites have orca as the forum can it be possiable to change ORCA in ADMIN PANEL to FORUM instead ?
so when somebody goes to our FORUM it can say in the LINK FORUM not ORCA.
You may change Orca link name via editing 'Orca Forum' string in `AdminMenu` table.

I have been sending emails on an almost a daily basis since April 20 to support@boonex.com and quotes@boonex.com asking for support and nobody is responding, even though on this same blog I was told to send email to support.
Artur, who was helping me, is not responding either.
I purchased the SmartPro pack and also paid around $800 extra to import my users into Dolphin .. so I am not a freebie (not that there is anything wrong with that either).

As Leonid has said, we haven't received a single message from you at support@boonex.com since March.
Neither did we receive anything recent from you at quotes@boonex.com.
So, as you can see, there's no reason to blame us. If email fails, you can still contact us via Skype.
