1.What would be the ideal setup for a cluster server?
2.is all the CMS cluster ready by default?
3.Is there anyway alternate to rsync between servers in cluster?
4.top 10 Java CMS in PHP CMS, ROR, .Net, Silverlight etc

using sticky session, i cant transfer from web1 to web2
is my conf wrong?

2. Of course all CMSes aren't cluster ready by default. Some are, and some aren't, and it also depends on what sort of clusters you want to have clustering.
