File Upload Error.

Anytime I try to upload a new logo, photo in the promo block, or a profile photo I get a file upload error. I am trying it with a really small photo so I'm not sure what to do from here. Please help soon.

If you always had this problem, it might be a chmod issue. Did your installation go smoothly? You might want to double check that all your folders have the correct permissions.
