How to customize the position and colors of modules Ray3.5 ?

Well, after several attempts to customize the ray's modules, for my style of css
of my dolphin, I managed only to change the colors of the various modules Ray.

Can somebody give me advice on how to change the position of the form of modules? the source file for this was not made available, but on expertzzz.com someone we managed to change ... as I do? example: here the web-cam have been moved to the top of the chat ...
