IM UNDEFIEND

When i try to IM online friends the IM window appears and shows undefined. Can some one help me why this problem occurs

I feel your pain. I get the undefined error when I try to save new settings in the base widgets area. Wondering if it has something to do with licensing. You wouldn't know how to take the licenses out of Ray Beta 2 by any chance?
