Instant Messege displays 'not registered'

Ray 6.004 RC2 Ad-Free : I have paid for A/V char, video and music and all are working fine except IM in chat room. It gives error :not registered' in its popup window. I made sure its enabled in AV chat settings. Can anyone help me pls?

youll have to register it in admin ... register the key and put it in the key part of admin

Techoman, I don't know what key and which widget for to register for IM? I have already registered the key in admin for A/V chat which includes for IM too, right?

Ok, Boonex team fixed it...The install didn;'t somehow complete properly leaving files empty, and I had to replace them from backup.

check the file under 'im' and check each file, specially under '/www/ray/modules/im/xml' and make sure they're not empty and cmpare them from your backup, then replace if you find any difference from your backup files.

from your backup?? My goodness I can't even get the licenses to take during the configuration of the Ray Suite...much less compare anything against a back-up? LOL
