Please help install problem

I tried to install dolphin but after the cron jobs and the last change of the permissions it shows:

access denied

but i entered the SQl settings correctly and i dont know whats the problem...

MY webspace supports all requirements like php, mysql etc.

and another question how can i install the cron jobs under myphpadmin?
