Please help me... integration phpbb2 to dolphin

I follow the step by step this instructions :

But not one step ... I don´t find menu_design.php in /templates/......

But if I try to call :

http://www.rela2.senior.eti.br/forum.php

I have error - I need to do more ... or forget any think ???
