Post A Topic Error

So, I've had some problems with groups. When I attempt to post a new topic
I get a path that looks like "http://implantintel.com/groups/orca/forum/
Cosmetic-Enhancement-0.htm#action=goto&new_topic=Cosmetic-Enhancement"

I need one that looks like http://implantintel.com/groups/orca/
#action=goto&new_topic=Cosmetic-Enhancement

How do I change it?
