Problems with 6.1!

Just placed 6.1 on my server , theres a problem with the HTML edit block on the home page, 99% of the time you cant edit it

Ha! just found out how to do it... dont use Dolphin admin in IE use firefox and everything will work well

Ive just uploaded 6.1 and i cant add a Block to any page!!
can anyone help me?
i add the html to the new block and save, when i refresh the website to view the block is not there!
what am i doing wrong?
